Read About the Upcoming Contract Analyst Version 3.0

Within a few short months we will be releasing our newest and most exciting version of Contract Analyst, Version 3.0. This new version will include several extremely useful asked-for enhancements and will take the flexibility of the system to a new level. Because of the number of enhancements we will include in the new version we have decided to release this new version in phases, with the most important enhancements released first. This will allow us to get these important enhancements to you quicker.

Free Upgrade!

Any organization that purchased Contract Analyst in 2007 or 2008 before the release of Version 3.0 will receive an upgrade to the new version at no cost. There will be a slight increase in the price when the new version is released, so purchase your copy now so you can get the new version at the 2007 price.

First Phase Enhancements

The first phase includes major enhancements in User Customization. These enhancements include the capability to modify and re-order fields on windows. You will be able to rename fields, modify the length of text fields, disable and enable fields, make fields mandatory, make fields read-only, change the order in which they are displayed, and set the format of some fields. You will also be able to hide entire windows and modules if not needed. With over 850 data fields in the system, this will greatly enhance the flexibility of Contract Analyst.

Enhancements for the Remaining Phases

Below is a list of enhancements that will be released this year as part of the 3.0 upgrade. Each enhancement will be released in a different phase and there will be no cost for organizations that have version 3.0 or higher.

• Enhanced E-mail Notifications: Add flexibility to e-mail notifications, such as new dates, user selectability, milestones, and message customization.
  
  
• Enhanced Security Groups: Ability to add access to multiple security groups to contract records and users.
  
  
• Enhanced Audit Trail: Enhance the audit trail to show exactly what was changed, added, or deleted.
  
  
• Enhanced Search Engine: Enhance search engine to include drop down lists and date ranges.
  
  
• Automatic Updates: Add the capability to automatically update all client PCs when a new version is released after organizational testing.
  
  
• Miscellaneous Enhancements: There will be some additional smaller enhancements in addition to the above list, such as additional fields and other capabilities.
